About ERA Dawson Bradford Co, Realtors
We’re a client-first real estate brokerage helping families buy, sell, and invest with confidence. Part of the ERA network, we combine local service with national tools. Our agents move fast, so we need a PA who keeps everything organized behind the scenes.
The Role
As our Entry-Level Remote Personal Assistant, you’ll be the right hand to our agents + broker. You’ll handle schedules, client follow-ups, paperwork, and the little details that make a big difference in real estate. No experience in real estate? No problem. If you’re organized, proactive, and great with people, we’ll train you.
What You’ll Do
- Calendar + scheduling: Manage agent calendars, book showings, set reminders for deadlines, inspections, and closings
- Client communication: Send follow-up emails/texts, confirm appointments, and keep buyers/sellers updated
- Paperwork support: Organize contracts, disclosures, and closing docs. Upload to Dotloop/DocuSign and track signatures
- CRM management: Update client info, lead status, and notes in kvCORE or our CRM so nothing slips
- Marketing help: Post listings, schedule social media content, and coordinate open house materials
- Research + admin: Pull comps, verify listing details, book travel, and handle other tasks agents don’t have time for
What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED. 0-1 years admin/PA experience welcome — we hire for attitude + train skills
- Strong organization + communication. You can juggle 5 things and still reply to emails fast
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and basic CRM tools
- Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and ability to work US business hours
- Professional but friendly tone. You’ll be many clients’ first contact with ERA Dawson Bradford
- Proactive mindset: You notice what needs doing before being asked
